Christmas Ale 5.5% abv. The goal was to create a sessionable holiday beer, using locally grown malt, which would stand apart from the array of spiced winter warmers that are typically introduced this time of year. In contrast to many other seasonals, Christmas Ale doesn't contain any spices: all of the dry, toasted notes & subtle toffee flavors come from the 100% Michigan-grown barley, while a blend of hops from Michigan & the Pacific Northwest lend earthy, herbal aromas. $6 draft
Pale Ale 5.4% abv. A refreshing blond ale made from a delicious blend of pale malts with a distinctive spicy, floral aroma and taste. $5
Best Brown Ale 5.8% abv. Enjoy this smooth brown ale while autumn takes us into winter. Thankfully, the toasty malt character makes it a delicious beer for all types of weather. $5
Winter White 5% abv. A European-style wheat ale with fruity and spicy flavors. A cold weather easy drinker. $5
Special Double Cream Stout 6.1% abv. Brewed with a blend of 10 different malts, Double Cream is an incredibly rich stout composed of dark, sweet and smooth tones intermingled with a soft, roasty finish. $6

Baba Black Lager Uinta Brewing Co. UT. 4% abv. Robust and smooth, this full-flavored, certified organic lager is exceptionally drinkable and pitch black in color. $4
Blanche de Bruxelles Belgium. 4.5% abv. A specialty of the farm breweries,which use their best wheat crops to produce. Fresh and mellow flavor with a hint of coriander and orange. $6
Chimay Red Belgium. 7.0% abv. The first beer to be brewed by the Trappist monks of Chimay. It is noted for its coppery, attractive color. Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. $10
Dark Horse Crooked Tree IPA Michigan. 6% abv. Often described as grapefruit the heavily dried hops give this beer an excellent fruit flavor that finishes dry, crisp, and clean. $5
De Koninck Belgian Pale, Belgium. 5.2% abv. De Koninck is an
all-malt Belgian beer, meaning all color, sweetness and alcohol are
derived from grain. Malt driven, it has a fresh character to it,
boasting fruit and a touch of spice. Started in 1827, the family
owned brewery guarantees the independent, artisanal character of the

Founder's Dirty Bastard Michigan. 8.5% abv. A Scottish style ale, dark ruby in color and brewed with 10 varieties of imported malts. This beer lives up to its name as a bold and powerful ale. It is complex in the finish with hints of smoke and peat paired with a malty richness, and finalized with a good bit of hop attitude. $5
Founder's Red's Rye Ale Michigan. 6.6% abv. Serious hop bitterness, along with an unyielding grapefruit bouquet, is balanced by the malty richness of four varieties of caramel malts. Pours a spectacular crimson with a creamy tan head. A generous addition of rye malt accentuates a spicy, crisp finish. $5

Great Lakes Edmund Fitzgerald Ohio. 5.8% abv. A complex, roasty porter with a bittersweet, chocolate-coffee taste and bold hop presence. $6

J. K. Scrumpy Organic Hard Cider, Michigan. 6% abv. Produced organically
from a family owned orchard since the 1850’s, they use guinea fowl and Berkshire pigs as pest control. The cider itself is simply amazing, using unique apple varieties, to elicit a fresh and dry taste. $13 /22oz.
Konig Pilsener Germany 4.75% abv. Brewer Theodore King founded the brewery in 1858. The beer owes its unique taste to the knowledge of generations of the best brewers, secret recipes and carefully selected ingredients. Top of the line malts give the perfect fullness and color. 16.9 oz can $5
La Fin Du Monde Quebec. 9% abv. Slightly tart, with balanced flavors of wild spices, malt and hops with champange like effervescence. $6

Tyranena Rockies Revenge Bourbon Brown Wisconsin. 5.5% abv. Light bodied brown ale with a touch of bourbon flavor. Surprisingly light to medium in body with a soft profile and nutty finish. $5
Young’s Double Chocolate Stout England. 5.2% abv. Combines chocolate malt and real dark chocolate with Young’s rich, flavored dark ale to craft an indulgent but not overly sweet flavor. $6 14.9oz can
Urthel Samaranth Quadrium Ale Netherlands. 11.2% abv. Brewed in
the de Koningshoeven Monastery, this Trappist beer is dusky, deep brown
in color with a slightly off-white foam. In the nose, it's sweet and
faintly spicy with notes of dried fruit, nuts, chocolate, and marzipan.
On the palate, it's big and bold, massively malty and slightly warming
from the alcohol. $11

over 130 years ago, and it is currently the largest independent, family
